NIKE keeps the party going with the 25th anniversary of the AIR FORCE ONE. NIKE is releasing a horde of fitted baseball caps tied into the celebration. Judging by this offering, NIKE is seriously looking to compete in the headwear cap game in 2007. This mesh fitted baseball (c’mon, feel the irony) cap features a unique 7-panel construction, and repeating text graphics. The interior of the cap is a partially lined. A one piece satin panel has a printed photo of the original six NBA players (Moses Malone, Michael Cooper, Bobby Jones, Calvin Natt, Mychal Thompson, and Jamal Wilkes) that promoted the AIR FORCE ONE’s debut. “1982″ is embroidered in an outline on the brim of the cap, commemorating year one of the AIR FORCE ONE. Let’s just see how the ball bounces …
