The Orix Buffaloes (オリックス・バファローズ Orikkusu Bafarōzu) are a Nippon Professional Baseball team, playing in the Pacific League.The team was created after the 2004 NPB season through the merger of the Orix BlueWave and the Osaka Kintetsu Buffaloes.
