Our friend Lindsey shot us an email showing us fitted shopping in the Saigon, Vietnam. The M.O. is literally cash and carry. Folks pull up on bikes, pick, pay and proceed on their way. This remind me, I need to collect a few more stamps in the passport before it expires.
