We will be selecting one winner from those of our followers that posted the tweet above. You only have to tweet ONCE. The contest closes on October 23rd, 2009 at 12:00am EST. We will Tweet the winner at 6pm EST.

One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of NIKE Air Force 1 Savage Beast sneakers, size 12 Mens. (Valued at approximately $135.00)

HOW TO ENTER:

All contestants must have an active TWITTER account to enter, and follow Strictly Fitteds.

The contest will begin October 20th, 2009 at 5am Eastern Standard time. The contest will close for entries October 23rd, 2009 at 12:00am Eastern Standard time. All entrants agree to abide by the official contest rules.

ELIGIBILITY:

The contest is open to all persons who are 14 years of age or older.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Strictlyfitteds.com is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.

This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Entries deemed to be fraudulent (multiple entries, fraudulent accounts) will result in immediate disqualification.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:

Decisions made by Strictlyfitteds.com with respect to the Contest are final.

The Odds of winning is determined by the number of entries (tweets) received.

Within seven (7) days after the survey ends, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

Unclaimed prizes one (1) week after notification will result in the forfeiture of advertised prize.

CONDITIONS:

1. Strictlyfitteds.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Entries and prizes are non-transferable. Cash substitutions are not permitted. The winner assumes sole responsibility for all applicable taxes. Other restrictions may apply. Approximate retail value of the prize is $135.00

2. By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

3. Strictlyfitteds.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Strictlyfitteds.com and/or Twitter.com website is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

4. Strictlyfitteds.com reserves the right to make changes to the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond management’s control, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, Strictlyfitteds.com reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
