HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, complete online entry form. To be eligible for the prize drawing, entries must include entrant’s first name, last name, email address and ZIP code.

One entry is allowed per person, per household. Multiple entries and/or the use of fake names or email addresses will result in immediate disqualification. The survey will begin December 9th, at 6pm Eastern Standard time. The contest will close for entries December 31st, 2009 at 11:59pm Eastern Standard time. All entrants agree to abide by the official contest rules. All entries become the property of Strictly Fitteds.com. By entering an email address, the entrant consents to receiving additional promotional information from Strictly Fitteds.

ELIGIBILITY:

The contest is open to all persons who are 14 years of age or older.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Entries deemed to be fraudulent (multiple entries, fake personal details) will result in immediate disqualification.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:

Decisions made by Strictlyfitteds.com with respect to the Contest are final.

The Odds of winning is determined by the number of entries received.

Within seven (7) days after the contest ends, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

Unclaimed prizes one (1) week after notification will result in the forfeiture of advertised prize.

CONDITIONS:

1. Strictlyfitteds.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Entries and prizes are non-transferable. Cash substitutions are not permitted. The winner assumes sole responsibility for all applicable taxes. Other restrictions may apply. Approximate retail value of the prize is $420.00

2. By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

3. Strictlyfitteds.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Strictlyfitteds.com website or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

4. Strictlyfitteds.com reserves the right to make changes to the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond management’s control, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, Strictlyfitteds.com reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

5. In the event that a prize is mailed to the winner, the winner assumes the risk of its loss and any applicable taxes. Strictlyfitteds.com is not responsible for the safe arrival of the prize.
