Brazilian-born fashion designer ALEXANDRE HERCHCOVITCH previews his upcoming collaboration with NEW ERA BRASIL. Pictured here are 5 of the upcoming 24 59Fifty fitted caps that will drop exclusively in Brazil. All caps feature Herchcovitch’s signature AH logo on the front panels and utilize a variety of materials with inspiration ranging from soccer(football), extreme sports, all the way to upscaled fashion. Proceeds from these models will go towards the NAIA nursery which serves children with special needs. The WIP Fundraiser Series is a line of products whose proceeds go towards different relief efforts and community programs. The look of the Manila Rice fitted baseball cap was inspired by sacks of rice, which are common relief donations during times of catastrophe. Wip is having a volunteer build event on May 1, 2010 in Manila followed by a pre-sale session at Commune MNL. This cap will only be available after the pre-sale at www.wipcaps.com after the launch. ETINES‘ latest New Era is their Statement fitted cap; this one features a Grey bark Camo Base. Etnies is embroidered in Black on the front panel of the 59Fifty. We haven’t seen many fitteds that use the Bark Camo base; its good to see that its coming back. Its one of the most creative and cool patterns that I’ve seen on hats; hopefully we see more.
