1. CORINTHIANS PAULISTA x NEW ERA
「Black」59Fifty Fitted Cap

Call me biased because of my Paulista heritage but New Era’s first release into the Brazilian market couldn’t have been a better choice. The CORINTHIANS PAULISTA were the first team to drop official New Era fitted caps in a country where Flexfits dominate the scene. The Corinthians’ choice to keep the cap simple made it perfect for me.

Dwindling this list down to five was a huge pain in the A**, haha. It was hard enough to pick 30 for my own blogging purposes but 5 was just kind of mind-melting. In the end, I summed it down to 5 fitteds I dug for all different reasons. Maybe I’m a little picky but all the fitteds just happened to be New Eras. With the amount of quality fitteds that are in the market, it was very difficult to pick the top 5 of this past year. Here’s a list of my favorite fitted baseball caps that dropped in 2010. They vary distinctly in style and design, but all are very simple and clean.

BOUNTY HUNTER has collaborated with New Era on an all new BxH New Era 59Fifty fitted cap. It is not their ordinary logo, its an all new BxH emblem. This hat comes in a Black/White color scheme and features an oversized BxH hit on the front panel. Bounty Hunter’s signature label is stitched on the back. Too bad theres only 15 in existence. This will be a tough piece to find… Slick of Dissizit is one of few that have this fitted.

FALLEN is back with an all new Trademark New Era 59Fifty fitted cap. This hat comes in a Black color scheme. A Black Waxed Canvas base is used with a Black Fallen logo placed on the front panel. It is now available at select accounts. So be on the lookout for it.

BBC has just released their “Greetings From Space” New Era 59Fifty fitted cap. This hat comes in a Red/Black color scheme and features BBC’s text logo placed on the front panel. The back features Greetings From Space and a BBC hit. An Astronaut is screen printed on top of the bill. Get it now at the Tokyo BBC Store and ZOZO stores.
