Here’s a preview of the latest greatest custom fitted cap from JAI CRUZ. This piece was a private commision which included portraits of The Notorious BIG and Jay-Z. We’ll have more detailed shots soon.

Another brick in the wall … Our ATF and $AME GAME familia, MAYOR and DOVES present a customized version of ONENESS’ latest NEW ERA fitteds- the Brick 59Fifty cap. We reported this release week’s back and challenged the Kentucky based boutique to create an open call for customized caps using this style. Mayor reached out to artist Doves, (who created his logo) to laced the underbils of two of these. Here is the finished product.

Artists from the ZERO SEN TATTOO STUDIO showcased their talents by customizing New Era 59Fifty fitted baseball caps on the spot. Not that we’re into cyber stalking, but we caught a new custom fitted on JAI CRUZ Facebook page. Jai is know for his portrait work. On private commision, her is another J Dilla tribute cap using a Detroit Tigers hat as a base. For those that are interested in coping on for themselves, contact him on his page.

Here’s a wild pitch. STITCH N’ PITCH brings together two American tradition, baseball and NeedleArts. Put it simply the attendees go to a ball game and knit, crochet, embroider, cross-stitch or needlepoint. On June 5, 2010 Stitch N’ Pitch set a new Guinness World Record for “Most People Crocheting Simultaneously” at Mets Citi-Field with 426 crocheters. Pictured here is a closer look at the adapted baseball cap from Folk Knits that Artist / Designer KRISTI created for Stitch ‘N Pitch.
