It’s been a long time coming. Many have asked “Where are the hats?”. At last we have a concrete reply and a story to tell. To date, Strictly Fitteds has logged in over 5,000 posts and 14,573 images covering over 50 international brands. You might say we like fitted baseball caps a bit. WIth great support from our Sponsors, Staff, brand partners and blog alliances we have reached a new milestone: The first Strictly Fitteds fitted baseball cap.

We are proud to have completed this project with the production of ELM COMPANY, who showed and proved their dedication to craftmanship, punctuality and client satisfaction. After the jump, is a post-production wrap up with Alex Karayan of Elm Company.

For ELMCOMPANY’s 2nd Delivery of their 2009 Fall collection they introduce the Cannabis Camo™ fitted baseball cap. Though ELMCOMPANY has previously introduced this pattern as a 5-panel cap this will be the first release of the pattern as a fitted. LOUD & OBNOXIOUS, a brand based out of Southern California teams up with ELM COMPANY to produce a hat for their winter collection. The base of this hat is navy with a red button. LOUD& is embroidered on the front panel of the hat. No word on a release date yet, but stay tuned for more information.

Philly DJ Day Block Party is annual celebration of music in the city of brotherly love, bringing out DJ’s and artists from around the country including ?uestlove, DJ Jazzy Jeff, DJ Aktive (Kanye West/Nas), DJ Drama (T.I.) and more. With Philadephia’s mayor an old school DJ himself the city also recently recognized September 24th as Philly DJ Day. ELMCOMPANY got together with the event and put together a limited run of fitteds for some of the artists who were performing at this years event which took place last weekend.

ELMCOMPANY offers us the Dead Rabbits caps which is a web exclusive release. There are two colorways to the caps which are Navy/Red and Grey/Red. The hats feature “The Dead Rabbits” in a script font, two hanging rabbits, and an ax embroidered on the front panel of the hat.
