Last night, in the heart of Spanish Harlem, GOLIATH RF celebrated their Fifth Anniversary with a special event. (Congratulations to the Goliath family from SF.) Included as part of their gift bags was this limited edition NEW ERA 59fifty fitted baseball cap. Their very own Hype Monster returns in Teal. The character’s face fills the front panels in oversized embroidery. Goliath embroidered on the back as a tonal hit. On the under bill is a screen printed mouth.

Philly DJ Day Block Party is annual celebration of music in the city of brotherly love, bringing out DJ’s and artists from around the country including ?uestlove, DJ Jazzy Jeff, DJ Aktive (Kanye West/Nas), DJ Drama (T.I.) and more. With Philadephia’s mayor an old school DJ himself the city also recently recognized September 24th as Philly DJ Day. ELMCOMPANY got together with the event and put together a limited run of fitteds for some of the artists who were performing at this years event which took place last weekend.

Last night in Los Angeles THE SEVENTH LETTER and NEW ERA presented an opening for a special art exhibit. To accompany the many works of art shown, they produced a limited collaborative fitted baseball cap project with artist such as Revok, Eklips, Ewok, Sever, and Push. These special pieces featured original art work by the artists. At present there is no information if these will ever be available for sale. More photos follow after the jump.

Down but not defeated the consignment shop for caps and licks will re-open for business June 20th 2009 at 12pm. The staff will be accepting items for consignment as well.
